Punchlingo keeps your workflow under your control. The publisher does not run an account system, advertising network, analytics service, or data server for the app.

Information handled by the application
Punchlingo can read text from the Windows clipboard so that you can summarize, translate, improve, or ask questions about it. Clipboard history is enabled by default and remains on this device.
Clipboard text, its timestamp, and the source application's process name, when available, are stored in the application's local data on your device. Private Mode stops new clipboard text from being saved while it is active. Text detected as potentially sensitive is not added to history. History is limited by the retention period and maximum item count you choose. Pinned items remain until you delete or unpin them. Private Mode is off when the app starts. It does not erase existing history or the Windows clipboard, and it does not prevent AI requests that you start.
An optional setting can show the Punchlingo window when new clipboard text is detected. It is off by default, runs only on your device, and stays disabled for applications on the ignored-app list.
Preferences, custom actions, and shortcuts are stored in local application data. Your Gemini API key is protected for your Windows account by Windows Credential Manager. The publisher does not receive your clipboard text, prompts, responses, history, or API key.
Third-party AI processing
When you start an AI action, the relevant clipboard text, prompt, and Gemini API key are sent directly from your device to the Google Gemini API. Images and PDF files you select for text extraction are also sent to Gemini. Google handles that data under the terms and privacy policy applicable to your Google account and Gemini API usage.
Quick Share opens the application or website you select and passes the response text to it. That destination handles the text under its own terms and privacy policy. Do not submit or share confidential, regulated, or personal information unless you are authorized to do so.
AI output can be inaccurate. Review important results before using or sharing them. Gemini API usage, credits, and possible Google charges are not included with the app purchase.
Retention and deletion
Punchlingo does not upload data to or retain data on publisher-controlled servers. You can delete clipboard entries individually, clear all history, use Private Mode to stop new entries, set a retention period, and exclude applications. Application exclusion and sensitive-text detection are best-effort safeguards and do not replace the security controls of a password manager.
To remove the Gemini API key, clear its field in Settings and save. You can remove other locally stored application data through Windows Settings or by uninstalling the Store application. For a portable copy, its local application data may remain after deleting the executable; delete history and remove the API key in Settings first.
Children and policy changes
Punchlingo is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. This policy may be updated when the application's data practices change; the effective date above will be revised.

Üçüncü taraf yapay zekâ işlemesi
Bir yapay zekâ işlemi başlattığınızda ilgili pano metni, istem ve Gemini API anahtarı cihazınızdan doğrudan Google Gemini API'ye gönderilir. Metin çıkarmak için seçtiğiniz görseller ve PDF dosyaları da Gemini'ye gönderilir. Google bu verileri, Google hesabınız ve Gemini API kullanımınız için geçerli koşullar ile gizlilik politikasına göre işler.
Hızlı Paylaş, seçtiğiniz uygulama veya web sitesini açar ve yanıt metnini buraya aktarır. Hedef hizmet metni kendi koşulları ve gizlilik politikasına göre işler. Yetkili değilseniz gizli, düzenlemeye tabi veya kişisel bilgileri göndermeyin ya da paylaşmayın.
Yapay zekâ çıktıları hatalı olabilir; önemli sonuçları kullanmadan veya paylaşmadan önce kontrol edin. Gemini API kullanımı, kredileri ve Google'ın uygulayabileceği ücretler uygulama satın alımına dahil değildir.
Saklama ve silme
Punchlingo verileri yayıncının kontrolündeki sunuculara yüklemez veya bu sunucularda saklamaz. Pano kayıtlarını tek tek silebilir, tüm geçmişi temizleyebilir, Gizli Mod ile yeni kayıtları durdurabilir, saklama süresini belirleyebilir ve uygulamaları hariç tutabilirsiniz. Uygulama hariç tutma ve hassas metin algılama en iyi çabayla çalışan önlemlerdir; parola yöneticisinin güvenlik denetimlerinin yerini tutmaz.
